Pm3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read the following terms carefully before using the pm3 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.

These terms apply to all pm3 users in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.

Acceptance of Terms and Platform Use

By accessing or using the pm3 platform via https://pm3.bio or any related application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use the pm3 platform.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as a user and pm3 management. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use our services. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of our services is legal under the laws of your place of residence.

Pm3 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibility

Registration and Account Information

To access the full pm3 service, you are required to register and create a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete data may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.

Each user is allowed only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited. pm3 reserves the right to close all related accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

Password and Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including username and password. pm3 will never request your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Prohibited Conduct

  • Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the platform.
  • Sharing accounts with others or allowing others to use your account.
  • Engaging in any actions that compromise the integrity of pm3’s games or systems.
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or activities that violate Malaysian law.

Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on pm3 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). pm3 accepts multiple payment methods including GrabPay, Boost, and online banking through major Malaysian banks. The full list of accepted payment options can be found in your account settings.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified according to the payment method chosen. pm3 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment service providers.

Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts with the same name as registered on your pm3 account. pm3 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days depending on the recipient bank.

Pm3 reserves the right to withhold or block any transactions suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. In such cases, pm3 may notify relevant authorities as required by law.

Liability Limitation, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

The pm3 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. pm3 does not guarantee the platform will operate without interruptions, be error-free, or meet all your specific requirements. Under no circumstances shall pm3 be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Pm3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of term violations, suspected fraud, or as requested by authorized authorities. Users with suspended accounts due to term violations are not entitled to claim any remaining balance, subject to pm3’s internal investigation results.

Users also have the right to close their own accounts at any time by contacting our customer support. Before closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pm3 platform including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software is the exclusive property of pm3 or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from pm3.

Third-Party Links, Terms Changes & Related Laws

The pm3 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not imply endorsement or responsibility by pm3 for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You access third-party links at your own risk, and pm3 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your interactions with third parties.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Pm3 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or a notice on the platform. If you disagree with the changes, you are advised to stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use after the effective date of any changes shall be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will first be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the competent courts in Malaysia.
